Trigger: Schedule by Zapier 'Every Month' on the 28th.
Google Sheets 'Lookup Spreadsheet Rows (Advanced)' to pull every row in an accrual schedule tab.
Formatter by Zapier (Utilities → Line-item to Text) to turn the rows into a list.
Gmail 'Send Email' to yourself with the accrual list and the estimated amounts.

Book every accrual by hand and look at each one against actual invoices.
