Steps

Trigger: Gmail 'New Email Matching Search', e.g. subject:(receipt OR invoice) has:attachment.
Action: Gmail 'Send Email' (or a Gmail forwarding filter) to your unique Dext submission email address.
Optional: Gmail 'Add Label to Email' → Sent-to-Dext.

Dext will still ask you to review each extracted item before it publishes to QuickBooks or Xero. Keep that review on.
