Steps

  1. Schedule: the 5th of each month.
  2. QuickBooks Online 'Make an API Call' to /reports/ProfitAndLoss?summarize_column_by=Classes for the grant period.
  3. Iterator over the report rows, then Google Sheets 'Update a Row' in that grant's BvA tab.
  4. Gmail: alert the program manager about any line over 90% spent.

Keep a human check here: High risk

Before you report spending to a funder, confirm which costs are allowable and how they're coded.

Node and module names match Make's docs as of Oct 2026. Apps rename triggers and actions sometimes, so check yours in the editor. Try it with test data or a sandbox company first.
